What is included in the registration fee?

Your registration includes afternoon snacks on Monday, welcome reception on Monday, breakfast, lunch and Legends event and dinner on Tuesday and breakfast on Wednesday.

How many meals are included with registration?

Your registration includes afternoon snacks on Monday, welcome reception on Monday, breakfast, lunch and Concert Legends Concert and dinner on Tuesday and breakfast on Wednesday.

What is the dress code?

The suggested dress code at SmartCon Partner Summit is casual to business casual. We encourage you to represent your company by wearing apparel with your logo. Consider bringing a jacket or sweater, as conference rooms tend to be chilly. Some evening event venues include outdoor spaces. Phoenix brings the heat with average temperatures from 69°F – 74°F.

Registration Restrictions.

Registration for SmartCon Partner Summit is limited to Weathermatic Premier Partners, Platinum Partners, and special guests of Weathermatic. Representatives of companies with products and services that compete with Weathermatic are prohibited from attending. All registrations are subject to approval, and we reserve the right to deny or cancel any registration for any reason. Registrations canceled by Weathermatic will have the event registration fee refunded.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you purchase a pass to SmartCon Partner Summit but can no longer attend, we will refund your registration fee in full through Friday, January 3rd. Passes can also be transferred to another guest through Monday, January 30th.
